of A Great Nation: Works of Joseph C.K.
Yeung
25 November 2009 to 10 January 2010
Joseph
C.K. Yeung studied science and obtained
a doctoral degree in Australia. He has
been an advisor to the Central Policy
Unit of the Hong Kong Government and is
now managing a trading company.
Yeung is
interested in a wide range of arts, including
literary arts, performing arts and visual
arts. This exhibition will introduce his
photographic works of landscape and peasant
life, many of which were taken recently
in Mainland China. Some of his works have
touches of painted colours; others are
poeticized with inscriptions by Professor
Jao Tsung-I, a great scholar and master
of Chinese painting and calligraphy.
